HOW IT WORKS!
Use us as your
Support Service Provider "Done for you"
When you work with VA For Professionals, you hire the "company" to get the work done, not just a particular virtual assistant.
You interact with your Assigned Virtual Assistant (AVA) as much or as little as you want AND you also have access to their Team Leader (TL) and other manager(s) as needed, to ensure your work is done accurately and timely. In the end, you simply receive the deliverables at the preset time and frequency.
After your initial needs assessment (Assessment Call):
1. You will determine the tasks you want to delegate to us and want us to complete, with specific deliverables and timeframes.
2. The manager and TL will ensure that the tasks are done by assigning one of our employees (AVA) to your project. The company is responsible for providing the deliverables, not just the AVA.
3. The manager will assign your projects (usually) to the same AVA on an ongoing basis. However, if need be, the manager can use anyone on the same team who is available and is able to get the work done properly and efficiently.
4. At times, the manager may use someone else to cover when necessary, without your prior consent or knowledge, in order to ensure continuity of service.
5. We will train at least 2 people on your project to provide redundancy and coverage whenever needed.
