Our "Refer and Earn: Power up Your Network!" program allows you to refer professionals and business owners in need of a reliable and skilled virtual assistant enabling them to focus on their core competencies and achieve optimal productivity. For every successful referral, you will be compensated.
HOW IT WORKS
#1 REGISTER
To become an Affiliate Partner of our Referral Program, you must create your membership account in order to generate your affiliate link.
#2 ORIENTATION
As our Affiliate Partner, we want to make sure that you are promoting our brand properly. We will provide marketing material that you can use.
#3 REFER
Share VAP service with professionals or business owners who could benefit from our virtual assistance services. Let them book an assessment call with us.
#4 SIGN-UP
A successful sign-up is when your referral signs a contract with VAP to receive virtual assistant services.
#5 REWARD
Once their engagement is confirmed and payment is received, you will earn a referral fee based on the value of their contract.

1. For each referral that results in a new client contract, you will get the following referral fee:
Admin Assistant
For 40 hours per week,
you will receive:

For 30 hours per week,

For 20 hours per week,

Bookkeeping/Marketing Assistant
For 40 hours per week,
you will receive:

2. Rewards will be issued in the form of cash incentives. By issuing cash incentives as rewards, we aim to provide you with the flexibility to utilize the earned rewards according to your preference and needs.
3. The more successful referrals you make, the more rewards you will earn. Earn rewards for every successful referral!
ELIGIBILITY:
1. The referral program is open to anyone interested in referring clients to VA for Professionals.
2. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged VA for Professionals for virtual assistant services.
3. To ensure proper attribution and accurate tracking of referrals, it is essential that:
1. You provide to all your referred clients your Referrer Code, AND
2. They enter your Referrer Code in the assessment scheduling form.
Your Referrer Code is the key identifier that connects the referral to your account, enabling us to credit you appropriately for your successful referrals.
PROGRAM TERMS:
- 50% of the Referral Fee will be issued to you within seven (7) working days after the client signed the contract and VAP has received their initial payment.
- The remaining 50% of the Referral Fee will be issued to you after 30 days from the initial payment.

- As long as your referred client continues to use the services of VA for Professionals, you will receive residual monthly payouts.
Admin Assistant
For 40 hours per week,
you will receive $80 USD per month.
For 30 hours per week,
you will receive $57 USD per month.
For 20 hours per week,
you will receive $39 USD per month.
For 10 hours per week,
you will receive $20 USD per month.
Bookkeeping/Marketing Assistant
For 40 hours per week,
you will receive $80 USD per month.
For 30 hours per week,
you will receive $63 USD per month.
For 30 hours per week,
you will receive $43 USD per month.
For 30 hours per week,
you will receive $22 USD per month.
- You will receive your 1st monthly recurring payouts 60 days after the initial payment by your referred client.
Here is an example:
If the client signs a 40-hour per week contract on December 1, 2023 (Friday), and VAP receives the initial payment on December 4, 2023 (Monday), 50% of your referral fee of $400.00 ($200.00) will be issued to you after 7 working days, on December 13, 2023 (Wednesday).
The remaining $200.00 USD of your referral fee will be issued to you after 30 days from initial payment, on January 3, 2024 (Friday).
Your first monthly recurring payouts of $80 USD will be issued to you on February 2, 2024. The following residual payouts will be issued to you every 2nd day of the month. Once the client stops service with VAP, your monthly recurring payout will cease.
- Rewards earned are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual or entity. The rewards are specifically intended for the referring affiliate who actively participated in the program and made successful referrals.
- VA for Professionals values the flexibility to adapt and improve its programs based on evolving business needs and market dynamics. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
- In the event of program modifications, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the changes to all affiliates in a timely and transparent manner. We will provide all necessary details regarding the updated program structure, terms, and any potential impacts on existing referrals or accumulated rewards.
- We value transparency. As such, when your referral is successfully paid us, it will be posted on your Affiliate account.
